1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the provision of psychic reading services (the “Reading” or “Services”) by Spiritual Worlds, with the psychic reader being Jared Walters (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Spiritual Worlds”) to you (referred to as “you” or “the Client”).
1.2. By booking and receiving a Reading, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spiritual Worlds for the provision of the Services.
2. Description of Services

4. Our Obligations
4.1. We will provide the Reading to the best of Jared Walters’ abilities, using his intuitive skills and experience.
4.2. We will aim to provide you with clear and understandable information during the Reading.
4.3. We will treat your personal information with respect and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.4. We will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to arrange and conduct the Reading.
4.5. We will endeavour to deliver the Reading using your preferred method of communication where reasonably possible.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1. The standard fee for a Reading is £45 (forty-five pounds sterling) for a session lasting up to one hour, unless a specific sale price is clearly stated on the reading bookings page of our website or booking platform.
5.2. Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
5.3. Accepted methods of payment are via our website booking system.
6. Nature of Psychic Readings
6.1. You understand and acknowledge that psychic readings are based on interpretation and intuition and should not be considered absolute or definitive.
6.2. The information provided during a Reading is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters. You should always seek advice from qualified professionals for such concerns.
6.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any predictions or insights provided during a Reading.
6.4. Readings are for personal insight and entertainment purposes only.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Jared Walters will keep the information you share during the Reading confidential, unless required by law to disclose it.
7.2. We may keep a brief record of the Reading for our internal purposes, ensuring your personal details remain confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiritual Worlds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or reliance on the information provided during a Reading.
8.2. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from decisions or actions you take based on the Reading.
8.3. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific Reading.
9. Termination and Refunds
9.1. Either party may terminate the Reading at any time if the other party behaves inappropriately or makes the continuation of the Reading unreasonable.
9.2. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a Reading if we feel it is not appropriate or if the Client is being disrespectful.
9.3. Refund Policy: If Jared Walters is unable to establish a connection or provide a meaningful reading within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session, you will be offered the option to either: * Re-arrange the Reading for another mutually convenient time, or * Receive a full refund of the fee paid. The decision to re-arrange or request a refund rests with you, the Client. Readings exceeding the 15minute time window are considered complete and therefore not eligible for a refund.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
10.2. We will only collect and process personal data that is necessary for the provision of the Services.
10.3. Your personal data will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
