My initial paranormal support is offered freely, usually through phone or online communication. During our conversations, I may ask for photos of the affected areas, objects, or individuals. This helps me rule out logical explanations and gain a clearer picture of the situation. With your permission, I might also share your story with trusted third parties who may offer specialized help.
It’s also important for me to understand the background of those involved. If there are significant medical or mental health concerns, those associated professionals are best equipped to provide support, and I will gently guide you toward such resources. Honesty is crucial in our discussions. If I sense a lack of truthfulness, I won’t be able to offer effective assistance.
Similarly, I cannot engage in situations involving addiction or substance abuse, as these underlying issues need to be addressed before exploring any potential paranormal aspects.
My aim is to answer your questions and resolve the situation remotely whenever possible. However, some cases may require an on-site visit.
Physical Visits:
Please know that my current capacity for physical visits is limited, and I may recommend other, more readily available assistance at this time.
I am now collaborating with a dedicated team called “The Ghost Detectives.” Any decision regarding a home or business visit will be made collectively by the team, based on the strength of the evidence you provide. Please understand that each team member volunteers their time.
A call-out may also involve a small fee to cover transportation costs. We are a non-profit part of our service and we will only ever request reimbursement for our expenses.
If we do conduct an on-site visit, we will perform thorough checks, such as EMF sweeps and other evidence-based experiments, to build a clear understanding of what is happening. Throughout this process, we will explain our methods and strive to uncover the root of the problem with fairness and understanding.
