EPISODE 1 THE ORIGINAL RESIDENT EVIL.

Back in 1997 the survival horror genre was in it’s infancy and it could be argued that the Resident Evil games revitalised public interest in the Zombie horror sub genre. Leading to such gaming classics as Left for dead, Dead island and films like 28 days later, Zombieland and the Walking Dead tv series. Resident Evil has been remade and expanded since it’s humble beginnings, but is the original still scary today?
